Do not attempt to damage, overload or compromise the website.
Website content is provided for general business and service information.

Project inquiries and proposals

Submitting an inquiry does not automatically create a confirmed project contract.

Project estimates depend on information shared by the client.
Final scope, price, timeline and deliverables should be confirmed in writing.
Requirement changes may affect timeline, budget and milestones.

Term 03

Client responsibilities

Successful delivery depends on clear requirements, timely feedback and access to required materials.

Clients should provide accurate requirements, assets, content and approvals.
Delays in feedback or access may affect delivery timelines.
Clients are responsible for rights of content, images, data or assets they provide.

Term 04

Delivery and revisions

Delivery, revisions and handover are based on the approved proposal or agreement.

Development may be divided into UI, frontend, backend, testing and deployment milestones.
Additional modules, redesigns or API changes may be billed separately.
Final handover may depend on completion of agreed payments.

Term 05

Payments and third-party services

Some projects may use hosting, payment gateways, SMS, email, maps, analytics or cloud platforms.

Third-party costs and policies are controlled by the respective providers.
Cyber Impulse is not responsible for outages or restrictions from third-party platforms.
Clients should maintain active subscriptions and credentials for selected services.

Term 06

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to the agreed service scope.

We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profit, data loss or third-party service issues.
No website or software can be guaranteed to be completely error-free forever.
Support and maintenance terms should be agreed separately where needed.
